Exercise 14: Annelida
Exercise 14 is a study of the annelid classes: Polychaeta, Oligochaeta, and Hirudinea. It includes a study of the external structure of the clamworm, Nereis, a dissection and slide study of the earthworm, Lumbricus, and observations of the external structure of a leech. The exercise concludes with a study of the relationships among the classes using a cladogram in worksheet 14.1.
