Understand the importance of selecting and managing a team in order to produce successful multimedia projects
Multimedia is, by definition, a conglomeration of many types of media into a single presentation. To make this happen effectively and efficiently, a team of skilled individuals is necessary. The team includes subject matter experts and people who specialize in certain kinds of media. Managerial expertise is also needed to ensure that the project comes together effectively and is delivered properly to the end user. This lesson looks at the skills needed by multimedia developers and the members that constitute a multimedia production team.
