Chapter 3 - Inequalities in One Variable

This chapter covers expressions involving the four basic inequality symbols. It begins with a discussion of simple inequalities and the properties of inequality. This is followed by a discussion of compound inequalities using “and” and “or,” and the graphs of such inequalities on the number line. Finally, you will be taught to solve equations and inequalities involving absolute value.
