Financial Planners, Inc.

In this exercise you format numbers and text, add shading, color, and borders, then publish the page to the companies intranet. To begin:

  1. Open the file EX03HE-FPI.
  2. Save the file as "Commission" to your personal storage location.
  3. Enhance the title by choosing a different typeface, size and style.
  4. Add a subtitle in row two, "For the Month of June" and apply font changes to enhance the visual appeal.
  5. Select the range, A3 to D7, and then choose Format, AutoFormat. Pick an AutoFormat which you think is attractive.
  6. Increase the Height of row three such that it is at least twice as big. This will give some visual separation between the title and the data.
  7. Merge and Center the title and subtitle between column A and D. Be sure that you do each row separately.
  8. Save the File.
  9. Save the File as a web page, to your personal storage location. Preview the web page.
  10. Close the web page, workbook, and exit from Excel.
