Introducing McGraw-Hill's Visual Assets Database for Lifespan Development (VAD).

VAD is an on-line database of multimedia resources for use in the developmental psychology classroom, created specifically for instructors. By creating a file on the database (which contains hundreds of resources including video clips, audio clips, photographs, and illustrations), you can customize classroom presentations, save them to a file on our server, and run the presentation from your classroom!

Adopters of a McGraw-Hill developmental psychology text can request a passcode for an account that will be available for a full semester. If you are not currently using a McGraw-Hill developmental psychology text, you will still receive a 10-day guest account to explore the VAD site in its entirety (For a list of McGraw-Hill’s Developmental Psychology titles, go to www.mhhe.com/vad and click on the More Information about VAD link).

To preview this exciting, new database, simply follow these instructions: Go to www.mhhe.com/vad click on the Request a Guest Account to Try VAD link, complete all of the fields, and click the Submit button. This will send an email to vad@mcgraw-hill.com. Once your account has been set up, you will receive an email with a passcode and further instructions on how to complete your registration.
