Ann Miller
Ann Miller is an adjunct faculty member at Columbus State Community College. With a background and education in Management Information Systems, Ann has taught various software applications at the college for 15 years. Having recently retired from full-time employment, Ann lives in Powell, Ohio with her dog Max. Ann has two children and three grandchildren, and she can be reached at annmiller@columbus.rr.com.
Pat R. Graves
Dr. Pat Graves lives in Illinois where she has been teaching at Eastern Illinois University since 1987. As a Professor of Computer Information Systems in the School of Business, her research has focused on the effective use of technology for communication practices. She teaches presentation and document design, managerial communications, and web design. Pat holds a B.S.E. in Business Education from Arkansas State University, a M.Ed. in Business Education from the University of Arkansas, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Memphis. She is continuing her education in the Microcomputer Program at the University of Missouri in St. Louis to receive training in digital graphics, web applications, and programming. In 2003 she received a Teaching Award from the School of Business and was recognized by Eastern Illinois University with an Excellence in the Use of Technology Award. E-mail Pat atprgraves@mchsi.com.
