Articulate  To pronounce distinctly and clearly.
Autocratic style of management  All decisions flow from one person who wields ultimate authority within the organization.
Compound preposition  A combination of words that is often considered as one preposition.
Idiom  An expression that has evolved from general usage through the years but which has no established rule for this usage.
Leader  A person who influences the behavior of others.
Leadership  The characteristics that a leader possesses which help influence the behavior of others.
Participative management  A form of organizational governance that is shared by all personnel.
Reciprocal  Mutual satisfaction with all parties in agreement.
