Set the field of view to 100º. Turn off the daylight display. Turn on the horizon display and the Sun. Be sure the orientation is set to Local. Set the geographic location to 90º, the North Pole. Set the date to June 21. Scroll in azimuth until you see the Sun on the left-hand side of the display. Set the time step to 3 minutes and start the clock. Note the motion of the Sun relative to the horizon. Set the date to September 20 and again observe the Sun's motion relative to the horizon. Try to describe the Sun’s motion on September 29 and then set the date to September 29 to see if you are correct.
