One of these documents is Form 10-K, which contains the company's annual report along with other information. These and other documents can be viewed and downloaded at the SEC's web site www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml.

Financial data for Planet Hollywood International, Inc., a restaurant chain, and United Colors of Benetton, a clothing manufacturer and retailer, are discussed in Focus on Current Practice boxes in the chapter. Find Form 10-K for a different restaurant chain and a different clothing company. Compare the financial data for these two new companies with the financial data for Planet Hollywood and Benetton reported in the Focus on Current Practice boxes in the chapter. Can you explain any significant differences you observe?
