Too Much Stress?

Do you work hard? Does your body feel weak? You might be too tired, too busy, too cold, or too hot. If you're feeling too much stress at work, don't worry. There are things you can do to feel better. Read the sentences below. Match the sentences that go together and are about the same problem.

Always get enough sleep on weeknights and on weekends.


Make sure you drink enough water every day.


Don't eat too much junk food at work.


If your chair is too uncomfortable to sit in, bring a pillow or two to work.


Some of the people in the office are too cold to be comfortable. Try to stay warm.


It is very important to take enough breaks during the day.


Make sure you get enough exercise. Most of the people in an office sit all day.


Take time to talk to some of your coworkers.


Wear clothes that are comfortable and let you sit in a good position.


Choose a chair that is the right size for your body.

A)Many people eat too much unhealthy food at work and they feel bad as a result.
B)If you move your body and use your muscles, you will feel good.
C)Talking to people helps you relax and work well.
D)Water is important for you to be able to think and work well.
E)Bring a sweater so you can put it on if you're cold.
F)This will give your body time to rest.
G)You will probably be more comfortable in your chair with a pillow.
H)Uncomfortable clothes distract you from your work.
I)Work an hour, then stop for five or ten minutes to think about something else.
J)If a chair is too big or too small, it can make your neck and arms hurt.
