Dr Justin Paul is an Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. He has been Area Chairman and Assistant Professor (Member Secretary of the Faculty Council) at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. He has been a vising professor and speaker at the University of Washington, University of San Francisco, St. Martin’s University, University of Puget Sound-Seattle in the US, University of New South Wales, Sydney and Fudan University-Shanghai.

Gold medalist in Bachelors Degree from University of Calicut, Dr. Paul holds a Ph.D from IIT Bombay, two masters degrees and two postgraduate diplomas. He has served two banks and two other business schools before joining IIM. He has served as a Ph.D Examiner to Madras University, Maysore University etc. He has been a consultant to many organisations. Dr. Paul has been Department Chairperson at IIM for two years and has received awards for case studies and research papers from London Business School and Association of Indian Management Schools. Mr. Ramneek Kapoor is the Senior General Manager Marketing of Metro Tyres limited. He has had a varied and rich experience with many national and multinational companies in the area of sales and marketing management. Kapoor is the author of a best selling book on sales management titled Fundamentals of Sales Management, published by Macmillan India limited.

Kapoor is the visiting faculty to Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Besides, he is also actively involved with many other management institutes of India as a visitingand adjunct faculty. He has presented many papers related to sales and marketing in various national andinternational seminars.

Kapoor organises seminars, consultancy and counseling sessions at the top management institutes of India in the area of sales, marketing and management of human relations at the work place.

He is also a prolific writer on topics related to sales and marketing management. This work have been published in many leading journals of the country.
