Ramneek Kapoor is the Director in Kothari Group of Institutions, Indore. Recently, he has been appointed as PhD examiner with the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Earlier, he was the Principal at Omegan School of Business, Indore.
He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, with specialization in International Marketing. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Dr. Rajinder Prasad Institute of Communication and Management, Bombay and a Masters degree in English literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
Kapoor has more than 28 years of experience with many national and multinational companies in the area of sales and marketing management. He has organised leadership training sessions for senior executives in several companies such as BSNL, LIC, Caparo Group, Nicholas Piramal, Indore Management Association, and Rotary Club. He has been associated with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore as a visiting faculty and has been actively involved with many other management institutes of India as visiting and adjunct faculty.
He has authored and coauthored a number of management books namely: International Marketing, Communication
for Retail Professionals and Fundamentals of Sales Management. His books are prescribed as text as well as reference,
in many universities and management institutes. He has presented several papers in the area of sales and marketing in
various national and international seminars. He also has to his credit, Maddening Corridors of Intrigues, a fi ction title,
published by Publish America, Baltimore, United States.

Justin Paul is with the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi (under the Ministry of Commerce) and Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, Japan (accredited by both AACSB and Association of MBAs). He has served as Department Chairperson at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore and has also taught at Grenoble Ecole De Management, France; ISM University, Lithuania (Europe); and Aarhus University, Denmark. He has been a visiting professor at University of Washington, M. Foster Business School, University of Puget, Sound-Seattle, St. Martin`s University, USA; Meiji University, Tokyo; Goethe University, Germany and S.P. Jain Institute of Management,
Dubai. He has been a speaker, trainer and consultant to many organisations including government departments and has conducted corporate training programs in Oman, Mauritius, India, China and Japan. He has been a PhD examiner and director on the board of studies of institutes.
He is the author/coauthor of several books – Business Environment, International Marketing, International Business,
Export-Import Management and Management of Banking & Financial Services. He holds two masters degrees, two PG
diplomas, a summer school diploma from Germany and a doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
He has hands-on experience of working with two commercial banks (prior to joining academic world) and has published over 20 papers in international journals and presented papers at the conferences organised or hosted by University of San Francisco; Fudan University, Shanghai; Indiana University of Pennsylvania; University of Stirling, UK, Asian Academy of Management and Waseda University, Tokyo.

Biplab Halder is the Director at Omegan School of Business, Hyderabad. He has also been working as Registrar, Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Meghalaya. He holds a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
He possesses over twenty-fi ve years of experience in operations, sales & marketing, business development, promotion and creative sales strategies. He has broad and diversifi ed experience in strategy, institutional sales and marketing, as well as in institutional, industrial and consumer sales & marketing in various sectors, such as steel, cement, computer and software.
