Comment on this article’s premise that prescription drug coverage for Medicare enrollees ought to reduce prescription drug costs to the elderly at the expense of taxpayers. Note those elderly who are eligible for Medicaid receive those drugs. Should taxpayers pay for the drugs used by the elderly?
