An outstanding source of information on all drugs. Includes fact sheets that can be copied and distributed as well as free materials for distribution.
The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, National Institutes of Health, page has a search engine for ETOH (Alcohol and Alcohol Problems Science Database). A graphics gallery has diagrams used in publications. These can be downloaded and inserted into PowerPoint. There is a section of data tables with information about all aspects of alcohol use and abuse.
The homepage of the Foundation for a Smokefree America provides resources for smoke-free messages to children. A webpage with downloaded photos and cartoons is available. They can be imported into PowerPoint. No permission is needed for teachers to use the cartoons.
