Most people will agree that their attitudes about terrorism, their government, and their place in the world have changed since the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. The Pew Research Center has polled world leaders, U.S. leaders, and the general public on issues of importance to them both before and after the attacks. One interesting, but understandable finding is that there is less focus and support now for such global issues as hunger, drug trafficking, AIDS than there was previously.
