Set the chart mode to local horizon. Set the field to 45° and altitude to 20°. Be sure the horizon and Sun are turned on. Set the geographic location to the latitude 90°, the north pole. Set the date to June 21. Scroll in azimuth until you see the Sun on the left hand side of the display. Set the time step to 15 minutes and step forward observing the motion of the Sun relative to the horizon. Set the date to September 22 and again observe the Sun's motion relative to the horizon. Try to describe the Sun's motion on September 29 and then set the date to September 29 to see if you are correct.
