Think back to your experiences in elementary and/or high school. What indication do you have that your school was reflective of a Second Wave, or industrial-age, school? What indication do you have that your school was reflective of a Third Wave, or information-age, school?

In the case study, Tracy questions why she needs to be in a diversity course. What experiences have you had that might lead you to say that you are well prepared for diversity? In what areas do you not feel as well prepared?
