It is obvious, by now, that the golden arches are ubiquitous both here in our own country and abroad. The "Mac" prefix has even become a descriptor of political and economic conditions. Thus, the interdependence of politics and economics should come as no surprise. Yet, there are complications evident in the relationship of EDCs of the North and the LDCs of the South, and in the relationships of other political states and global economies. This exercise will ask you to review what you know about the theoretical concepts of international political economy.
