HOUSING DATA FILE To complete Group Activity #3 on page 321, you need to download Housing.xls. It includes several hundred real estate transactions and includes the following information for each: - Lot # - unique community identifier within each project
- Project # - unique project number
- Asking Price – original asking price of the home
- Selling Price – price at which the home sold
- Listing Date – date the home was listed for sale
- Selling Date – date the home sold
- Sq Footage – square footage of the home
- Num Baths – number of bathrooms in the home
- Garage – number of cars
- View – Mountain, Open Space, or House
