Providing service that makes a customer feel special can lead to customer satisfaction
and loyalty to you and your organization. By responding appropriately and in
a positive manner (verbally and nonverbally), you will increase your likelihood of
success. When additional information is needed, it is up to you to ask questions that
will elicit useful customer feedback. You must then interpret and respond in kind
with feedback that lets the customer know you received the intended message. You
must also let your customers know that you’ll take action on their needs or requests.
