The American Fern Society

The American Fern Society also publishes three journals: the Fiddlehead Forum for amateurs, the American Fern Journal for professional scientists, and Pteridologia a technical monograph.

The website has a forum for discussions and questions concerning ferns, advice on growing ferns in the home or garden, and a ‘spore exchange’ where you can get fern spores for a small fee and raise them at home.
