1. Go to www.mhcentro.com
   
2. In the Log in section, click the Create an account link to create your Centro™ account.
   
3. Fill in the information requested to create your profile and login information and click Submit.
   
4. Enter the trial key DNKWB2012 or DNKLM2012 into the "Enter book key" box at the top of the page, then click Go.
