     1. A highly-recruited high school senior has agreed to attend the university.
     2. The coming season promises to show a better win-loss record.
     3. An outstanding athlete-scholar talks about how she/he balances studies with sports.

C. Tip Sheet

     Gather information from campus sources about activities that might be the basis of news or feature stories in the local newspaper or on local stations. Prepare a tip sheet with at least three story ideas: include contact information.
