One link that is particularly worth following from the previous site is to the New Grange Center for Project Management. Among other resources, this has a public discussion forum for IT project managers.

De Montfort University's Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility has many resources and links on computing and ethics.

From an international perspective, the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) has members in countries around the world. 
The Institute for the Management of Information Systems site includes full text of the current issue of the IMIS journal.
