Carlos Correia is Associate Professor and Convenor of the Masters in Financial Management programme at the University of Cape Town. Carlos has published in the financial press and in peer-reviewed research publications and was three times awarded the Standard Bank Prize (first or runner-up prize) for outstanding research published in the SA Journal of Accounting Research (formerly De Ratione). He is co-author of the textbook, Financial Management and the Australian textbook, Corporate Financial Management. He has presented papers at a number of international and national conferences. He has consulted widely and areas of specialisation include capital budgeting, performance evaluation, valuations and cost of capital. KIM LANGFIELD-SMITH
Kim is Professor of Management Accounting in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Monash University, Australia. Prior appointments were at La Trobe University; The University of Melbourne; University of Tasmania and University of Technology; Sydney. Kim has a BEc from the University of Sydney in accounting, a MEc from Macquarie University, a PhD from Monash University and is a fellow of CPA Australia. HELEN THORNE
Helen is Professor of Management and Head of the International Graduate School of Business at the University of South Australia. Previously she has held appointments in the Graduate School of Management and the Commerce Department at the University of Adelaide. She has a BEc and DipAcc from Flinders University, and a PhD from The University of Adelaide. |
