Step 1 Divide the amount that is deducted by your gross weekly salary.
Step 2 Convert the decimal from the answer to Step 1 to a percentage. This is your new income tax rate.
Step 3 Subtract your deduction from your new salary. This is your new weekly pay. Step 4 Multiply your weekly pay by the number of weeks in one month (4). This number is your net pay. |
