Download and install the QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2018 software as follows.

1. Go to QuickBooks software download link.
2. In the Select Product Dropdown, Select QuickBooks Desktop Accountant.
3. In the Select Version Dropdown, Select Accountant 2018. 
4. Click the Search Button.
5. Under QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2018, click the Download Button.
6. Follow the onscreen prompts.
7. When asked for the license number and product number, enter the license number and product numbers found on the code card that came with the new copy of the text. You must have the license number and product numbers handy in order to install the QuickBooks software from the download link.
8. If prompted to register/activate, register/activate the QuickBooks software. If you are not prompted to register the software, after you have installed the software, go to Help, Register QuickBooks and complete the registration process. You must register the software within 30 days of installation or you can no longer access the software. If needed, use this register/activate link.
9. If the student does not have their license and product number code card that came with their text, they will need to go to the Intuit website and fill out the form to request the license.
