Welcome to the Good 4 U Apparel Sales and Forecast discussion.
T-shirts always will enjoy brisk sales. Our t-shirts come in a variety of bright and subtle colors and now sport the new Good 4 U logo. Although most of our promotional products sell mainly at special events, for example at our annual bike-a-thon and July 4 celebration, t-shirts sell well all year round at our restaurants as well. We have seen interest pick up in our bike jerseys and visors and expect them to do well in the coming season.
Trademark licensing is a relatively new pursuit for Good 4 U. We expect that this area will grow in the next year. What is really exciting is the good reception we’re getting from New York City retail outlets. Several stores plan to carry our line this summer. The New York buyers are genuinely enthusiastic about our products.
T-shirts will keep the largest share of our product mix, but bike jerseys are on the increase. We see customers wearing these stylish jerseys even when they are not riding their bikes.
They have become quite the fashion item!
New York will still enjoy the highest sales volume in 2005, but Miami and Los Angeles are catching up. As you can see from the chart, most of the extra sales in New York come from t-shirts. Ladies and gentlemen, this concludes the Apparel section of our financial conference. Thank you for attending.
