Police officers have a difficult job. Look at the training requirements for police officers. Do you feel there is enough training for officers? Should the training be different? Is there sufficient training relating to the use of firearms and stun guns (e.g., Tasers)? In recent years, police forces have increased their diversity with respect to their officers. What are your thoughts on greater diversity on the force? Is there any benefit to having officers working in areas of the city that are similar to the officers’ culture?
