Having looked at the role of the victim in the correctional services process do you feel that your job as a parole officer making decisions about the lives of offenders is unduly affected by the victim’s input? Although the victim has a major role and influence at trial, should this carry over into the reintegration area? Would you rather not have any input from the victims or should this input be limited?
