Style
Set of formatting characteristics identified by name that you can apply to text in your document to quickly change its appearance.
Style Gallery
Allows copying of the style formatting from the new template into the active document, only replacing the style definitions.
Task Pane
A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow use of commands while still working on files.
Template
A special kind of document that provides basic tools for shaping a final document. Templates can contain the following elements: text or formatting styles, AutoText entries, Macros, menu and key assignments, and toolbars.
