Maddox, B. 2002. Rosalind Franklin: The Dark Lady of DNA. Harper Collins, New York. The biography of the woman who played a critical role in the discovery of the structure of DNA but received only derision from the two man, James Watson and Francis Crick, who received the Nobel Prize for the discovery. She died of ovarian cancer before the awards were made.
