The White House press secretary meets with reporters in the briefing room nearly every day to talk about the latest and most compelling issues facing the president. The press secretary also answers questions from reporters. Your assignment is to go into the White House home page on the World Wide Web (http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/briefings) and read the latest press briefing. Write a news story as though you were the sole reporter listening to the press secretary and then asking the questions. Assume that you conducted the interview this morning and are writing the story for print later today.
