Exercise 5.2 (21.0K)

Here is a seven-paragraph story from The Associated Press, but the paragraphs are not in the order they were in when the story was published. Organize the paragraphs into a readable story. The dateline on the story is NEWARK, N.J. You probably will have to rewrite the opening paragraphs of your story to insert the suspect's full name.
Authorities say Manuel Febus has been married more than 11 times. But the Romeo allegedly wasn't promising eternal love, just a green card.
The New Yorker makes Elizabeth Taylor look like a novice when it comes to marriage.
The serial bridegroom, who is free on $50,000 bail, has no listed number, and his lawyer did not return calls.
In at least one case, he allegedly charged a fee. A woman married Febus on Valentine's Day 1997 after agreeing to pay $5,500 to an associate of
Febus to find her a husband, according to court papers.
"If you file photographs of yourself, eventually you're going to get caught," immigration lawyer Melvin R. Solomon said.
Nearly all of the brides submitted a photo of themselves with Febus as part of their applications to the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
He was accused in federal court last month of illegally helping immigrant women gain permanent residency by marrying them.
