Introduction
In this unit, students have studied punctuation rules. In this lesson, they will practice using commas correctly.

Lesson Description
Students will combine the sentences in each numbered item by changing the information in the second sentence to an appositive or an appositive phrase and adding it to the first sentence. Students will add commas where they're needed.

Instructional Objectives

  1. Students will be able to combine sentences.
  2. Students will be able to recall concepts and terms from the unit.
