The Preface can be conveniently viewed using Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free.

If you want to save a copy of the Preface to your computer.

When the Acrobat file has finished downloading and can be viewed in your browser window, click on the disk icon on the left side of the Acrobat menu bar (next to the Adobe icon.) You can then save a copy of the Preface to your local hard drive.
