     Reporter teams have posed as couples needing loans and as the owners of malfunctioning automobiles. The textbook describes the differing views of the morality of using disguises in reporting. Interview a local editor about his or her views.

B. Problems

     Interview a reporter or editor of a local newspaper or broadcast station about an event or a story that posed ethical problems. What was the issue and how was it resolved? In class, discuss any generalities that can be drawn from the variety of experiences the interviews turn up.
