Called Gramática en acción, these engaging tutorials will help reinforce grammar that you have already learned, and will allow you to practice what you know in a fun, interactive format. You may view the first five tutorials here on this page for FREE, to decide whether or not you wish to purchase the entire set of 51. The set of 51 will be located in the Student Edition section of this Online Learning Center website, and they sell for the modest sum of $15.00. To purchase them, click on the Grammar Tutorials link and follow the prompts in the drop-down menu. These tutorials were designed to play on video iPods™ or any portable media player capable of handling M4V files. More information on downloading and viewing these tutorials is located further down on the page. However, if you prefer to view the Grammar Tutorials online, click on the links in the View Online column below. Please note that the FREE Adobe Flash Player is required to view any of these tutorials online.
How to import the Grammar Tutorials into iTunes™- Please make sure the latest version of iTunes™ is installed on your computer before proceeding. You can download iTunes™ for free from Apple's website at www.apple.com/itunes
- Click on one of the tutorial links given above in the "Download" column to download it to your hard drive. NOTE: Each tutorial has been compressed as a zip file to decrease the filesize. However, a broadband connection is still recommended for downloading these files.
- Unzip the tutorial file using decompression software such as Winzip for Windows users and StuffIt Expander for Mac users.
- Double-click on the M4V file for the tutorial. It will automatically open iTunes, import the tutorial into the Movies folder, and begin playing immediately.
How to transfer the Grammar Tutorials to your video-capable iPod™- Follow the steps above to import your tutorials into iTunes™.
- Connect your iPod™ to your computer.
- When your iPod™ appears in iTunes™ (under Devices), click on it to select it.
- If "Manually Manage Music" is not selected as an option, your iPod™ will automatically update itself when first connected to your computer and just before it is ejected.
- You can also manually sync video content by selecting the Movies folder on the iPod™ (under Devices) and clicking on the Sync button.
- If "Manually Manage Music" is selected as an option, you can highlight the tutorials in the Movies folder in iTunes™ (under Library) and drag them to your iPod™.
