As you conduct a thorough examination of this site, develop responses to the following questions. How does Avon deal with the glass ceiling issue? Describe and discuss what the sexual harassment policy for this company may state. Identify the individual’s in the top management at Avon. Is it reflective of a diverse organization? From the management and employees’ perspective, what can Avon do to embrace diversity? "Avon already does enough in the area of diversity and therefore no other changes are needed." Do you agree with this statement? Explain your rationale.

A race-discrimination lawsuit against Texaco Inc. was officially settled for $176 million, which is the largest race-discrimination settlement in U.S. history. Research the story on Texaco’s discrimination lawsuit and then research Texaco’s site to explore where does the diversity initiatives of the company stand today. Do you believe the company is doing an effective job in its diversity initiatives? What would you do if you were in the management position to affect change? Explain.
