are encouraged to consider the case study as they read each chapter. After working for a year in the office of a general practice physician, you want a chance to increase your
knowledge and skills. There are three opportunities available to you: an internal medicine practice, a pediatrician's
office, and an obstetrics and gynecology clinic. Because you are looking for change, you must first
