  2. A comprehension or input-based activity is an activity that does not require learners to produce the target structure. Learners demonstrate their comprehension by checking boxes, indicating agreement/disagreement, etc.
  3. Subgoals, as they pertain to lesson final information-exchange tasks, are best defined as smaller tasks within an overall lesson final information-exchange task that enable learners to reach the lesson final goal.
