The General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE)
In OB, we are most often concerned with self-efficacy in a specific sense related to a given task. However, researchers have also developed a generalized self-efficacy scale to be used for predicting coping with daily life and adaptation after experiencing stressful life experiences.
