What's missing in this story?

FARGO, N.D.—An escaped convict being sought by North Dakota and Minnesota authorities was captured Wednesday while darting through tall weeds south of the Casselton airport.

David Sterling, 47, was running near a railroad track, occasionally stopping and ducking, said Richard Sellars, who works for the Aircraft Investment Co. at the airport.

Sellars said a secretary for the company called the Cass County sheriff's department after spotting the man late in the afternoon. Casselton is about 20 miles west of Fargo.

"A citizen called in, just like we were asking (them) to do," said Budd Warren, a detective with the sheriffs department. "Like clockwork, it worked out just fine."

Duane McIntyre, an area farmer and pilot who was at the airport, joined two law enforcement officials and Sellars in the search for Sterling.
