You are a reporter for a local radio station and learn that the police have arrested four youths, aged 14 and 15. They are charged with a variety of crimes ranging from burglary to weapons possession. The police tell you that they are members of a gang known as the Disciples that have caused considerable trouble in the city. You have the names of those arrested.

Your station has a policy of not using the names of juvenile offenders. But your news director says that a number of newspapers and stations are using the names of gang members, contending that they have no right to censor the news. But those who keep the names confidential contend this helps the youngsters with their rehabilitation.

What do you recommend the station do?
