Over 30% New Readings: New readings appear throughout the book, and the reader (part 8) includes 16 new selections (of 46 total).

Updated Interior Design and More Visuals: The third edition offers an updated interior design that includes new graphic elements throughout, among them six types of boxes, photos, illustrations, cartoons, charts, and diagrams. As a result, the third edition is more engaging visually and easier to navigate.
