Felicity Lamm (PhD, University of Auckland)
Dr. Felicity Lamm has co-authored Chapter 4, Employment Relations, with Erling Rasmussen. She is a lecturer in the University of Auckland's Department of Management and Employment Relations. She has a background in environmental science and is a specialist in employment relations, occupational health and safety, and the small-business sector. She has completed major research projects for New Zealand and overseas' public- and private-sector organisations in areas such as employment programmes, regulatory compliance behaviour, the small-business sector, and occupational health and safety. She has extensively written on employment relations and is a co-author of the book, Introduction to Employment Relations in New Zealand.


Erling Rasmussen (PhD, European University Institute, Florence)
Dr. Erling Rasmussen has co-authored Chapter 4, Employment Relations, with Felicity Lamm. He is a senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Employment Relations, University of Auckland. He is also currently Associate Professor (part-time) at University of Southern Denmark. His research interests include employment relations in the banking industry; workers' awareness and attitudes; workplace reform; and comparative employment relations in Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand. Since 2001, he has been involved in an evaluation of the Employment Relations Act. Erling's previous work experience includes policy advisor at the Department of Labour, Wellington; a stint in the private sector in the United Kingdom; and academic research roles in Australia, Italy and Denmark. Erling is also the co-author of Introduction to Employment Relations in New Zealand.
