www.shrm.org - The Society for Human Resources Management completes a Job Satisfaction Survey each year. This chapter discusses the major causes of job satisfaction. Go to www.shrm.org and in the search box type in "Job Satisfaction". Click on "2012 Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement" click on "Summary" to read the Executive Summary of the report.
