Wendy Bloisi is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Professional Development at London Metropolitan University, where she lectures in Organisational Behaviour, Management Consultancy and Training and Development Issues. She has been involved in quality issues at the University and has worked for the QAA as a Subject Specialist Reviewer. Wendy has taught in both Germany and Thailand and previously worked as a manager in hospitality related industries. She has experience as a management consultant, working with the University's Management Development Unit, for the NHS and the voluntary sector.

Curtis W. Cook joined the University of San Diego in August 1997 as Dean of the School of Business Administration and Professor of Management and Organisational Behaviour. He has been a consultant and trainer to dozens of organisations on four continents and has authored or co-authored about 100 articles and papers.

Dr. Phillip L. Hunsaker is a Professor of Management in the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Dr. Hunsaker has authored over a hundred articles in academic and professional journals, and nine books on management and organisational behaviour.
