This self-assessment is designed to help you to estimate your perceived general level of stress. The questions in this scale ask you about your feelings and thoughts during the last month. In each case, please indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way. You need to be honest with yourself to for a reasonable estimate of your general level of stress.
