To edit a student, simply click the name of the student in the roster. The information for the selected student appears with the name of the student at the top of the page. You can’t change their email address. You can: - Change the status of the student. Active is the default status. Inactive students can’t take assignments and can only view their grade reports.
- Change any custom column information, if you have added any custom columns to the roster, e.g. Blackboard ID. Text fields labeled for this column data will be available for you to manually edit. See Customize Roster Columns for more information.
Click Save to save your changes. You are returned to the section Roster page and a message appears at the top the page confirming the student roster information has been updated successfully. |
